[Seeking] Housing (or roommate) for the summer ~June 24 to ~August 25

Looking for a room/apartment to rent during the period of June 24 to August 25, or a roommate to go apartment hunting with me. I can be a bit flexible on those dates. My budget is up to $1400 a month. As I'm not eligible for Stanford Sublets, I'm looking for housing within bike range to the university.

I'm from Brazil, attending Stanford for the Summer Session Program. I'm a very friendly, tidy and organized person. I don't smoke, and I'm happy to share chores.
