Seeking long-term room from late September

Hey, I’m a Stanford postdoc looking for a quiet room to rent starting at the end of September (can be flexible about it). I’m seeking a preferably long-term lease, ideally not far from the campus.

A bit about me:

• I have a lot of experience living in flatshares and enjoy a friendly, respectful atmosphere. (I keep in touch with my former flatmates, and they say they are happy to provide reference letters. :D)
• Happy to share a meal and do things together, but I also respect personal space and privacy.
• Responsible, quiet, tidy, and considerate of others, keeping common areas clean and orderly.
• My schedule is quite busy, so I’m often out during the day.
• Ideally, I’m looking for a place within a reasonable commute to Stanford, but I’m open to various locations around the area.
