seeking part-time babysitter on campus

We're looking for an engaging babysitter (for our 2-year old and kindergartener) who is creative, positive, articulate, helpful with homework, and loves storytelling/books. We're looking for weekends (about 2-3 hours in the afternoon/morning), and some weekend evenings and weekday evenings. We live on campus near Page Mill Road.

Pick-up of a child from pre-school about 3 miles could be in the mix, if babysitter has a car and a strong/clean driving history and a regular need for pick-up help arises.
Mandarin-speaking would be ideal, but not necessary.
