Hello! I am looking for piano teacher for adults that would be willing to teach at home in Cupertino; I would consider driving to campus if the lesson could be taught after 5 pm.
About me: I am adult trying to enjoy music and play the songs I love. I took lesson as a kid, but was not formally trained in a school. The things that are most important to me are having fun and playing, even if it means imperfect tempo, fingering, and hand technique. Performance is not a priority for me. I am looking to learn fundamentals, some music theory, strengthen my ear, but not lose track of the main goal of playing selected pieces. I am also open to different piano genres. I played for about 7 years and had about 15 year hiatus.
Looking to charge 30 min ($50) or 45 min ($65) per lesson and weekly lessons. Happy to do a video chat first.
