I am starting the 3rd year of my PhD. I'm looking to move early-mid September. I am quiet and strongly value privacy and independence. So, I would love to know about any private living possibilities such as studios, cottages, in-law units, etc. I can pay up to about $1600 month, perhaps slightly more if it's a great option.
