I'm moving to Seattle and looking for a person to transfer my lease to. The yearly lease is active until July 1st, 2020 with the option to renew (as yearly or month-to-month). Your roommate will be a 25-year old male software engineer.

The apartment is 2b/1ba with a spacious furnished living room. It is located in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood close to Stanford and various companies. You'll have access to a pool area, secure bicycle parking, in-building laundry and a workout facility on-site.

The room you'll be living in is unfurnished. Utilities are to be paid separately (usually about $100 per month).
