Your bedroom would be a 10'8'' by 12'8'' space that can fit a desk and queen sized bed and have it's own bathroom and a decent sized closet. The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer. The complex is next to the South San Francisco BART station, so super convenient for commuting downtown to Mission and Market Street or connecting to Caltrain at Millbrae. It's also right next to Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and Costco.

Your contribution to rent would be $1700 per month, utilities are typically another $100 a month per person, and another parking space (if you need one) would be another $50 a month. There is also a $300 security deposit and a $47 application fee for applying to the complex's parent company for the apartment.

The room is available right now with the lease going until 10/23/2018.

No drugs/smoking/pets. I work in tech and am generally pretty quiet, but like to host and have visitors over from time to time.
