• Seeking one roommate for a furnished room in 3BR2BA duplex home. North of Woodside Rd, west of El Camino. One mile to downtown Redwood City, CalTrain, or SamTrans bus (e.g. to Stanford). Bike to Stanford 20-30 min.

• $1300 per month plus share utilities. Large room has an outside door, Queen bed, large closet, linens, desk, two chairs, lamps, dresser, bookcase, nightstand, ceiling fan, light-blocking curtains plus blinds, computer monitor and/or TV, and wooden floors with area rugs. Rugs and art can be removed, but main furniture stays. Feel free to add your own art, lighting, bedding, etc. Main bath shared by you and one other female (with only rare other use).

• House is completely furnished, quiet and suitable for working from home. Dining room seats up to 8. Kitchen has tall prep table with stools. Living room has 3 sofas, desk, printer, 55" TV, Internet, high-end router, Chromecast, Roku (for Netflix/other paid services), and local antenna; no cable TV. Washer/Dryer. Fully-stocked kitchen with many appliances and essentials. Locked back yard with outdoor furniture and storage. You can borrow a bike, tennis and outdoor gear and more. Easy street parking. Red Morton park is one block away with a gym, pool, athletic fields, lighted tennis courts, skate park, outdoor fitness equipment, community center and more.

• Share the home with two friendly female professionals. We prefer to find another female professional, grad student or post-grad/faculty (day shift; during Covid-19 either work-at-home or work involves limited public interaction). Must be over 21 and prove sufficient income. No pets, smoking, drugs, vaping or guns. Must agree to follow state and county-mandated health safety orders and precautions - wearing masks in public, not mingling in large groups, not going to crowded events or indoor bars/restaurants, cleanliness at home, etc.
