Hi all, I'm a Stanford graduate student seeking a roommate to keep down my rent costs in a very large private room in Palo Alto. I'm a first-year master's in Management Science and Engineering, 23 year-old Hispanic male, very clean and organized but able to manage some mess. The room is available right away, for long or short-term stays. The rent is split evenly so it's very affordable, about $860 a person, plus utilities, which will run us about $40-80 per person per month. I can negotiate the rent a little bit down if you're very interested.

About the house:
Our house has a spacious kitchen, room has access to spacious master bathroom. Room is adjacent to another room so one has to walk through that room to get to this room. this is an arrangement that works in our house if people are respectful, and we haven't had issues. House includes washer/drier, plus space in the fridge for one person's stuff (designated shelf).

Details about the room:
Huge room at 480 ft^2. Comes furnished and includes a twin XL bed. You get your own sectioned-off part of the large room, closet space, infinite storage, bookshelf space, heating, fans for cooling, various windows and room-darkening shades, direct window and curtain access.
No pets, no smoking. Landlord-approved room share so this is legitimate, but you don't need to sign our lease.
