Hello! Clean, courteous, conscientious gay male in my (mid 40's), seeking a like-minded individual to share my wonderful 2bdr-2ba university floor-plan apartment. It has a large living room connected to the gourmet kitchen through an open countertop. There is ample cupboard and pantry space in addition to an in-house washer and dryer!
One of the real beauties of the apartment is the two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the living room, allowing each of us our own private "wing" so to speak. Your bedroom measures (14.7*11.7) and has attached its own private bathroom/shower! It has a good size window, closet, and new carpets, and is unfurnished for your decorating creativity.
Amenities of the apartment complex we live in include a good sized pool, jacuzzi tub, bbq, and great neighbors.
There is a park just a minutes’ walk away, Safeway just across the street as well as a hardware store, Phil’z coffee and an amazing taqueria! This is a wonderful neighborhood to live in! The 35 bus line also runs right by, direct to downtown Palo Alto, Caltrain, and Stanford.
A bit about me: I am passionate and artistic in life. Home is an important place for me and those which whom I live with or near. Most will describe me as clean and neat, friendly, intriguing, professional, responsible, and fun to be around. I live with my 10 year old black lab who is well trained, ultra-friendly, and doesn't bark. I also live with an 11-week old black lab puppy – ohh so cute, as well as a pet chameleon. I have my own biotech consulting business and tend to be quite dedicated to my profession, though enjoy getting out, keeping fit, eating well, and socializing.
Outside of biotech consulting, Stanford Jazz Institute, composing for movies and other visual arts, I also enjoy volleyball, gym, yoga, am an avid pilot, and hike/bike ride.
If you can be described as clean and neat, friendly, intriguing, professional, responsible, and fun to be around, please inquire further.
The rent is $2,050 inclusive of all utilities.
In your inquiry please share with me about yourself and a little about why this may be a good fit. Please respond to steve@bodac.com. An application form will be required as well as a cleaning deposit, first and last month's rent.
I look forward to hearing from you!
