Seeking one more roommate to share cozy and calm 3-bedroom/2-bath apartment near Santa Clara University - move in Dec 7th
The place:
An adorable 3 bedroom unit in a 4-plex within easy biking distance of Santa Clara University
A little about me:
Young, college educated professional who enjoys cooking, knitting, and reading thick books, seeking similar excellent people.
I volunteer with San Francisco Sex Information and have a stable job as a university program administrator. In my spare time, I knit, run long distance, play collaborative board games, write short stories, and plan on learning to code.
My ideal Friday night is either curled up with a cup of tea and my knitting, or meeting a few close friends for delicious cocktails and stimulating conversation.
What I'm looking for in a roommate:
Another young professional or grad student with low drama, and the willingness to pitch in with the household chores. In a perfect world, you appreciate the Oxford comma and feminist theory. Big parties or keggers aren't your idea of a good time, but quality conversation and a glass of wine are.
If we turn out to be friends, that would be wonderful. However, I'd be very happy to simply live in peace and harmony with several easy-going, non-judgmental people.
Move in date: Dec. 6th, earlier or later by arrangement - priority is to roommate fit, and not timing.
Price: $2200 total for the 3 bedroom apartment. I am open to clever and equitable ways to split that. Split evenly, this would be $1100/per person for two roommates, $735/per person for three.
Perks and features:
-spacious 3-bed/2bath unit
-low utility cost
-cozy patio with seating area and herb garden
-friendly, openminded roommate with a stable job and a Costco membership
-cute and safe neighborhood
-LGBT friendly and sex-positive living environment
-carport for two cars
-on site coin op laundry
-dishwasher
-biking distance to Santa Clara University (SCU), Santa Clara Caltrain Station, and Santana Row
-walking distance to neighborhood parks with tennis/basketball/baseball areas, golf course, and Mission City Memorial Park
