Hi! I am a grad student seeking a 1 bedroom apartment in one of these neighborhoods: the Mission, Dolores Heights, the Castro, Bernal Heights, Noe Valley and adjacent. No roommates please!

I live with my husband. We are a young couple with no pets and excellent credit scores. We both work in the environmental/ sustainability space. We're super quiet (mainly working and studying!), self-sufficient and responsible tenants who will leave your place better than we found it. We are here for 1.5 more years while I finish my degree, so we'd be great if you are looking for quick turnover of your unit.
