Olympic Champion Looking For Housing
Hi everyone! I'm Felix, a 24-year-old PhD student in law and economics from Germany. I just arrived last week as a Visiting Fellow at Stanford Law School, and I'm looking for a short-term place from September 11 to the end of September to bridge my time until my long-term contract starts. I'm looking for a furnished room within a 15–20 minute bike ride from campus (Palo Alto/Menlo Park). Happy with a shared house or an in-law unit, and I'm fine living with pets. On a personal note, I play volleyball and soccer, and I'm looking forward to exploring the outdoors around the Bay Area. I am clean, respectful, and have shared flats before (happy to put you in touch with previous flatmates). If you have something available or know someone who does, I'd love to hear from you. I'm already in town, so happy to meet up in person! Thank you, Felix

Hi! I’m a 24-year-old vegetarian moving to the Bay Area for an internship, and I’m looking for a place to sublet starting around mid-September for approximately 4 months. It would just be me staying at the apartment, with the occasional friend visiting. I don’t have any pets and I’m clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I also don’t have a car, so I’m specifically looking for a place within about a 10-minute walk of a Caltrain station. A little about me: I’m currently pursuing my MS in Computer Science at Georgia Tech. I spent this summer interning at Amazon in NYC and will be moving to the Bay Area for my upcoming internship. Please let me know if you have anything available that might be a good fit. I’d be happy to share more about myself or provide any additional information. Pls contact at: bhumika.newyork@gmail.com. Budget upto $2500 per month (including utilities) Thank you!

Ideally: Walking or biking distance to Stanford, or easy access via Caltrain/bus Palo Alto, College Terrace, Menlo Park, Stanford, or nearby Furnished if possible Quiet environment Budget-conscious / reasonably priced Exact dates: Oct 2 – Nov 4 I’m quiet, clean, non-smoking, responsible, and can provide Stanford affiliation verification and references if useful. Seeking Housing in Palo Alto (Mid Oct - End May)
Hello! We're a married couple looking for a comfortable place to call home while one of us is a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford. We're flexible and would consider stays anywhere from 3 to 12 months, though a full 9-month academic-year 2026-2027 lease would be ideal. We can move between September 20 - October 1. We're hoping to find a 1-bedroom apartment, ADU, or similar within an easy commute to Stanford. Our budget is around $2,500 per month, though we have some flexibility for the right place. A little about us: we're quiet, responsible, and non-smoking tenants who take care for the places we live. If you have a rental that might be a good fit, or know someone who does, we'd be grateful if you reached out. Thank you for your time, and we look forward to hearing from you!
