【Seeking Sofa Rental】rent a sofa near Stanford from June to September

I am looking to rent a sofa in an apartment near Stanford University from June to September.
Details:
Gender: Male
Budget: Negotiable (to be discussed privately)
Routine: I will be leaving the residence at 9:00 AM and returning at 10:00 PM. I might return briefly during the day to cook or prepare meals in the morning.

What I can offer:
(1) Since I won't be occupying a bed, I can contribute a portion of the rent to the landlord or share it with existing roommates.
(2) I can cook various dishes (such as chicken soup, stir-fries, sandwiches, steaks, cocktails, and hot mulled wine) and assist with grocery shopping and cooking for roommates. I can also prepare larger meals on weekends.
(3) I am willing to help with cleaning chores.
(4 )I have expertise in computer vision, LLM agents/generative models, and AI-related fields. I can discuss ideas with you, assist with paper writing and illustration, and refine articles and diagrams.

Personal traits:
I am easygoing, sociable, and tidy.

Requirements:
I have minimal requirements; a place to sleep is all I need. Having a desk would be greatly appreciated.
