Hi I am seeking a 1bd or studio in or near Downtown Palo Alto (within 20 min walk). Budget is $2,500-$3,400. A bit about me: I am a mid-20s professional and into hiking, skiing, and biking. My office is located nearby so looking forward to a shorter commute. I would love to tour in-person or virtually if possible. Targeting a 7/21 move-in.
Would be open to roommates or a sublease too.
