I graduated from the GSB couple of weeks ago and looks like I'm leaving the Bay Area at the end of the week and can't really take my beloved B*** with me. (name masked for political correctness and will share if you are the buyer).

I bought it off Craigslist last October, was definitely a high risk purchase, and although I have had a couple of things changed over the last year, it still serves me superbly well and been tested on a few long road trips. If you're looking for a car that has been dealer maintained and every receipt carefully taken, then B*** is not your best bet. I found a great Audi mechanic at Fred's Garage in Redwood City and they have been taking really good care of B**** the last year.

KBB book value for "good" is $7,873 for a mileage of 94K miles. When I bought the car last year, and it said it had a salvage title (and I had no idea what that meant) - I researched it and found out its something dealers do if the car had to undergo repair worth a certain portion of the car - and that therefore usually takes off 25% value of the car ($5900). The car had an accident in the front right end - and I got it checked by a mechanic before buying it last year and was told it is not a concern.

I have a week to pack this life up and not a ton of time - I am around this week if you want to swing by and test drive it - if you like it, we can get the paperwork done and the car is yours by the end of the week. Please get in touch only if you're serious and urgently looking for a car.
