bought this for about $300 including tax. I’m selling it with the foam mattress topper that was another $50-60. It’s a futon that pulls out into a full sized bed. Comes with an adjustable frame, mattress/futon cushion and a foam mattress topper that’s about 3-4 inches thick. I can also throw in the mattress topper protective cover I bought for about $30. All of it is in really good condition. No spills, stains or tears in the fabric and the frame is really sturdy. I use it as a bed and it’s super comfortable and so big. All my friends say the bed is so soft and comfy. Doesn’t take it much room in single dorm room either. Total value about $380 but selling for $230. obo.
