Review
The Sennheiser HD 180 is a pair dynamic stereo ultra-affordable headphones. It's sound clarity is on par with some of the higher models. The headphones are very comfortable to wear, and the tough construction will last over long-term use. Noise leakage is at a minimum, and the overall sound is balanced with decent bass. It's targeted to budget music lovers.
Design and features
The HD 180 headphones are a mid-size pair that incorporates over-the-ear design. It has a swivel allowing earcups the ability to fit a range of head shapes and sizes. The earcups also rocks horizontally for even more adjustment.
The pads are of a leather-like material and foam padding with a cloth interior sewn in. The outside of the earcups has an oval-shaped gray and black design of the sennheiser logo, and the rest is black.
There's a soft padded headband and the lightweight materials add comfort as if you're not wearing anything, As a result, the headphones tend to slide back and forth quite often. The HD 180 feel lightweight and flimsy, but are very durable.
The plastic cords are absurdly long but roll it up and it's not a big deal. The cords inside the cups are quite secure.
