We are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in our 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Single occupancy only (no live-in partners or pets). Current tenants are a young-professional couple in a master bedroom, recent Stanford PhD and UCLA Bruin alumni, and one Stanford researcher in the second bedroom. We are in our late twenties, very early thirties. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and near Palo Alto’s California Ave.

ROOM:
One fully furnished 180 sqft bedroom in a newly renovated and spacious apartment. Queen-sized bed, nightstands, working desk, and swivel chair. Apparel closet with sliding doors.

APARTMENT:
In-unit washer/dryer/dishwasher. Large living room equipped with dining table, two sofas, and two sofa chairs. 5 min walk to Cal Ave, Caltrain, and to numerous restaurants, salons, yoga studios, groceries on Cal Ave. 10 min bike ride to the Stanford campus!

DATES:
Move-in: Between Sep 1st 2017 and Oct 1st 2017
Move-Out or Renewal: Jun 30th 2018 (10 month) or Aug 31st (12 month).

RENT:
$1600/month rent + $180/month utilities+cleaning for a 10 month contract till Jun 30th 2018.
$1500/month rent + $180/month utilities+cleaning for a 12 month contract till Aug 31st 2018.
