There is some occasional street sound at night (because it is close to the city center and above a 4 way-stop) so it might not be ideal for light sleepers. Being the top floor corner unit, it has windows on multiple sides and great views looking out different directions.

Located in Hayes Valley (relatively central in San Francisco). It is a few blocks from numerous cafes and restaurants, a few more blocks to theaters and Civic Center area. Short walk to BART (less than 15 min), and along multiple main bus routes. Blocks from Alamo Square Park (less than 10 min walk) and is nextdoor (quite literally) to Trader Joes.

Looking for someone who is respectful of the space and of neighbors (this is high priority!). Apartment is fully furnished and ideal for someone needing a temporary spot while looking for housing, or who is visiting for 2-3 months. App-operated laundry in the basement of the building.

No smoking, no pets, and kindly request no shoes in the apartment. $2,425 (all utilities included).
