I'm a software engineer at Airbnb and I will be out of town this summer, so my room is available for lease. The space is a spacious master bedroom with it's own bathroom in a very large townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The place is fully furnished with a modern kitchen and even comes with a treadmill. You would be living with two Facebook engineers who are hardly ever at home. This is set up to be the ideal no-hassle summer lease that I would have wanted when I was interning in the city. The price is a discount from my regular rent.
