We're three Stanford grads looking to sublet our 3br Mission apartment for the summer. The lease would start July 1, and run through September 1st, with an option to extend. The sublease is eligible to turn into a full lease starting September 1st.

The apartment is situated at 25th and South Van Ness in the Mission, two blocks from Bart. In addition to the three spacious bedrooms, there is a large kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a split bath. Water is covered by the landlord, and all other utilities by the tenant.
