This place is perfect if you want to live in the city and commute to school. There is free (and plentiful) street parking, a rarity in San Francisco. We're about a 10 minute walk from the 22nd Street Caltrain and about 5 minutes from the 280/101. The 10 Muni bus also stops on our block and will take you directly to SOMA / Downtown and the 19 is also only a few blocks away.

Room is very spacious (10ft by 20ft) and has 1 closet with sliding mirror doors. Comes with a full sized bed if you want it.

One quirk: the room is detached from the house, so you will have to come into the main house to access the kitchen, common areas, and bathroom (shared with 1 other person). In exchange, you get lots of privacy and space.

There's 3 of us in the house right now: Keziah ('14), Anna ('14) and Alden (USC '14). We're pretty chill and busy people, and the only really important quality we're looking for in a roommate who will be neat in our common spaces!
