Hey guys - I'm living in a 2br/2ba and my roommate is "moving out." I say "moving out" because the guy never actually lives there lol.
The place is really nice with a very large living room and kitchen. My roommate's share was about $1375 + gas/electric/wifi (water and other utilities are included in rent).
There's a muni stop (T) right in front, it's the first SF exit off the 101 so it's easy to drive down (takes about 30 min to get to PA with light traffic).
The apartment complex is really nice and the apartment itself is brand new (we're the first occupants). There's a grocery store (Fresh and Easy) downstairs that's super cheap and convenient.
Start date: Oct 1 but negotiable
