I'm looking for a professional female working in bay area to share the apartment. The lease starts from December 1(12/01/2015). The apartment is located near downtown MTV (10 mins drive to Google/linkedin campus, 10 mins drive to ranch99/safeway/wholefood; 5mins walk to bus stop/google shuttle stop).

It's a nice, new and spacious 2b/2b apartment with a patio. You will have a private full bathroom(which is separated from your room.) You room has walk-in closet. The living room and dining room is full furnished with sofa, dining table, chairs, TV and floor lamp. Your room will be unfurnished. The total rent of the apartment is 3016$/month. And you ll be paying 1466$, since your room is slightly smaller. Utility is not included in the rent and is about 60$/person/month.
The apartment comes with a garage. It also has plenty of storage located with the garage. The community is safe and quiet, with good service, lots of parking spots, onsite laundry, gym, hot tub, 2 pools and BBQ place.

About myself:
I'm a Chinese female working in tech industry. I'm reasonably quiet and clean. I have regular lifestyle. I cook very lightly on weekdays and cook a meal or two at weekends. I speak English and mandarine Chinese.
