It is a clean, well-lit, and very well maintained front unit of a triplex, with a small picket fenced front yard with fruit trees and planters for gardening, a very nice and decently sized kitchen, and in-house W/D. It's a very comfortable place. You would be sharing the unit with an adult male professional working at Stanford, and a friendly cat. Past renters have included male and female grad students, visiting scholars, and working professionals.

The unit is about a mile from the RWC Caltrain station (or about 7-8min by bike). There is a Whole Foods and two Safeways close by as well.

The rent would be $1250/month + utilities (<$70).
