It is a clean and very well maintained front unit of a triplex, with a nice small picket fenced front yard with fruit trees and garden planters, a very nice and decently sized kitchen, and in-house W/D. The unit is fully furnished. It's a very comfortable place. Would be a good place for a visiting scholar/researcher for the summer, although that's not a requirement. You would be sharing the unit with a mid-30s female grad student finishing her dissertation.

The unit is a little over a mile from the RWC Caltrain station (or about 7-8min by bike). There is a Whole Foods and two Safeways very close by.

The rent would be $1300/month for July and August.
