I am a male visiting scholar at Stanford and the sharing will last to late August 2013.

This is 1br/1bt apartment locate at Middlefield road of Palo Alto, very near the Hoover Park. Bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk. It takes 15 minutes to Stanford by bus (free shuttle) and 20 minutes by bike. Safeway, Subway, CVS just a few minutes’ walk.

I will provide a sofa bed in the living room. There are enough furniture just like dinner table, dinner chairs, desk, bookshelf, TV and Cable. You will have an independent closet. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven and microwave oven. Laundry and swimming pool are located downstairs. Parking position can be found near the apartment.

My daughter (14 yrs.) and I use the bedroom; I want to share the living room with clean, quiet and non-smoking male/female person till to August 31st 2013.

Rent: $700 per full month. Garbage and water fee covered.

6 months’ rent is hoped, short-term will increase $50-$100/month on rent

Share PG&E and Internet and Cable, your share is about $100/month.

Deposit: $700
