Housemates associated with Stanford or working in Palo Alto, making the daily commute. Commute to Palo Alto / Stanford is 30 mins if bike plus Caltrain, 45 mins if walk plus Caltrain, 18 mins by car if not rush hour. Monthly rent includes all utilities, kitchen use, and some free food.
