This is amazing house that has been recently painted and upgraded and has a great backyard with a covered patio. Quiet, safe, bright, sunny, and offers an easy commute. Location is just below Canada College in Redwood City hills, with easy access to highway 280 and 3 miles to El Camino and downtown.

5 miles to Stanford, 8 miles to facebook, 13 to googleplex, 20 to applepark

Rent is $1,400.00, utilities is shared, move in date March 1st, deposit is $1,400.00
Must have good credit
Room can be furnished or unfurnished
Lease until Sept 30th with possibility of extension

About your two roommates...we are professional females who work during the daytime and enjoying coming home in the evening to cook a meal and relax in our peaceful environment and maybe have a glass of wine. Positive mindset and attitude, glass half full types. I enjoy Farmer's Markets, hiking the great hills close by and further away, healthy meals, music of all kinds, and also having good conversations.

A later move in date is possible.
