We are looking for someone to take over a bedroom in our awesome three-bedroom house in Menlo Park (the Willows) for a short term stay during the summer. The place is available from August 9th till September 14 (5weeks), for 1200$ (or 250$ per week).

• Queen size bed, office desk, comfy armchair, large closet
• shared restroom/bathroom with one person
• in house laundry and dryer
• large kitchen with dishwasher
• plenty of indoor and outdoor storage space
• access to large backyard (with grass/trees/bbq)

ABOUT US & YOU:
We are looking for someone who is:

• easy going and self-sufficient
• respects other people's privacy and space
• clean and contributes to the common practicalities (like cleaning, trash etc.)

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:

• Very safe, beautiful and quiet
• Close to Facebook/Google/Stanford
• 5 min drive from downtown Palo Alto
• Plenty of street parking
• Easy access to highway 101
