Short term furnished bedroom near Mountain View Downtown

I currently live in a 2B1B apartment in a gated complex close to Mountain View train station and Castro St. My housemate is an Indian male postdoc at Stanford. I will be on a vacation to India from 21 Feb to 31 March. I am looking to rent out my room during that period. My room and rest of the apartment are fully furnished.

Preferences:

1. I will highly prefer a male and vegetarian Indian person
2. The rent is negotiable depending on the number of days you plan to stay

Non-negotiable condition:
Once we agree on a rent, you have to pay me in full at the start of your stay.
