I'm a Stanford student subleasing my unit from August 18 to September 11. You'll be staying in a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment for 3 weeks.

• Quiet and safe neighborhood

Home Features:

• Fully furnished with modern appliances, microwave, refrigerator... The building includes a washer and dryer.
• Queen-size beds

Price:

• $1200 - includes water, gas, garbage collection, and free wifi.
• $600 deposit required, refundable if no damage.

Extra Details:

• Disability-friendly apartment, meaning it's a larger-than-average unit with a spacious bathroom.
• Parking lot available
• A few pictures attached for reference; in-person or virtual viewing can be arranged before August 17th

Stanford affliliation is a plus.
