- Access to entire first floor: kitchen (shared with very nice landlady), dining area, and TV lounge
- Shared only with two other friendly housemates, each person has their own floor (landlady on the second floor, another tenant on the ground floor)
- Washing machine & dryer available (You may use my detergent)
- Perfect for someone seeking a peaceful, short-term stay
