We are looking for someone to take over a room in our house on July 1st or August 1st for a one-year lease.

Rent: $1000 per month + utilities

The house is located in East Palo Alto, 5 mins away from the bay and 2 mins from 101. Supermarkets and IKEA are just a 5 min walk away. Drive to Stanford is about 15 mins or a 20-25 mins bike ride. Facebook and Amazon are also close by.

The house has a common areas with large kitchen and living room. There is a little backyard with BBQ. Washer/dryer are in unit. The room will be unfurnished and small (10'x10'), but very competitively priced.

Current residents are postdocs and/or law students at Stanford and engineers. We all love weekend roommate brunches, outdoor activities, and board games.
