This is a two-story house, shared with 3 other tenants. We have one upstairs bath, shared among 3-4 tenants; and one downstairs toilet. Downstairs we have a spacious dining room, kitchen, and living room. There is a side room connected to the living room that we have currently furnished as a guest room. We have a garage with in-unit laundry. We have a driveway with space for 2 cars. These are typically occupied on a first-come-first-served basis. Street parking is reliably available one block away.

We are located two blocks away from Downtown Mountain View (Castro Street), and two blocks away from the Mountain View Transit Hub and Caltrain / Light Rail station.

The rent does NOT include any other expense. Other shared monthly expenses break down as follows:

• Internet - 25
