Room available for rent starting Feb 1st (with the option to move in a couple days earlier, if needed) in a 5-bedroom house with pool, in a sunny neighborhood within close walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants.

We are a fun group of professionals in our 20s, 2 guys and 2 girls, employed by tech or tech-related companies. We get together for the occasional round of Settlers of Catan, Game of Thrones, or happy hours in Palo Alto or Mountain View. We are respectful and keep pretty clean (we also have a housecleaner 1x/month).

About you: Individual or couple, professional or academic, preferably in your 20/30s. Clean, respectful, friendly, and, at a minimum, occasionally fun.

The details:
$860 Room Rent, due the 25th of each month for the next month's rent
$800 deposit
Utilities are around $100/mo each
The furniture (i.e. Bed, basic dresser, etc.) will be available for $150.
1 year minimum lease
No pets
