Target is 3 or 4 people in the two rooms, bunk style, normal sleeping hours, and you need to have somewhere else to be most days. Chill in the living room at night, keep it down, and go easy on the kitchen/fridge. No smoking, drugs, or alcohol. Not much space for cars either.
