We are 3 graduate students at Stanford, looking for two housemates for the new academic year (a lease from August 15, 2018 to August 15, 2019 preferred). The house is on Sand Hill Road, near downtown Menlo Park, I-280 and Safeway, a 10-minute drive to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto.

The house is very secluded with a great view and a shared swimming pool. There're nice running and hiking trails nearby and community parks. We have two rooms for rent:

The 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom for rent is on the second floor, fully furnished and spacious. They were originally one master bedroom with a study room. But they were then remodeled into two separate rooms with separate entrance.

The house shares the following utility fees:

1. Internet connectivity
2. Electricity, water, gas, garbage
