The house is private, with a gated entry, large landscape in the backyard and hardwood floors throughout.

14x12, furnished, king size bed and mattress, large closet

Washer and dryer, utilities and internet are included. We have a separate fridge that can be used. 

The house is conveniently located within minutes from Stanford University (2 miles), downtown Menlo Park and Palo Alto and easy access to both 280 and 101.  

The house will be shared with a professional couple and two small, very friendly dogs. We are looking for a working professional, intern, or college student who is responsible, clean and considerate. No smoking, no drugs. Single occupancy only. No overnight guests or illegal activities on the premises.
