We are looking for someone to take over a room in our house on June 1st or negotiable for a month-to-month lease, preferably long term. People looking for housing over summer are also welcome.

Rent: $1000 per month + utilities

This 4 bed, 3 ba house is located in East Palo Alto, 5 mins away from the bay and 2 mins from 101. There are supermarkets (including Target) and an IKEA just <5 min walk away. The drive to Stanford is about 10 min or a 20 min bike ride. Facebook, Google, and Amazon are also close by.

The house has common areas with a large kitchen and living room. The house is next to a nice park and nearby the Bay Trail. Washer/dryer are in house. Room can be furnished, upon request.

The house has 4 bedrooms, so there are 3 other people living in the house (postdoc at Stanford school of medicine, Stanford resident doctor, and teacher). We enjoy hanging out together, including biking, playing spikeball, and board games. Looking forward to hearing from you, if you're interested!
