Looking for a clean and professional roommate to occupy spacious living room for $850 (+1/3 shared utilities and internet fee, ~$20/month). Please reply with a brief description about you.

Female roommate is preferred. It is a two-story apartment, available in the beginning of October. We two are both Stanford researchers. We'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom. And we have a bed and other furnitures for you already.

10-min drive to Stanford. Close to San Antonio shopping center (5-min walk).
