It is a spacious master, with enough space for a queen bed, desk, dresser, and wardrobe, as well as an attached private bathroom. Bedroom is shaded by a large tree so it stays cool during the summer.

Rest of the house: kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal and lots of counter-top space, in-unit washer/dryer, and backyard with fire pit and grill. Lots of additional storage space in the sun room and basement. You would have one covered parking spot, there’s also plenty of street parking. The other two tenants are clean and respectful, one works at Stanford the other is in accounting.

Located on a peaceful, shady, and leafy street just off El Camino and extremely close to Stanford (10 minutes by bike). Just a few blocks from Sand Hill Road so both Menlo Park and Palo Alto stores/restaurants/caltrain station are very accessible.
