I'm subletting the master suite in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in a gated community with awesome amenities. The apartment complex is located in Redwood City and it is called The Villas at Bair Island (https://www.irvinecompanyapartments.com/communities/the-villas-at-bair-island). The pictures say it all: newly renovated apartments, beautiful swimming pool (heated year around!) and hot tub, and a 24-hour fitness room!

BASICS:

• I am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease from June 18th to Aug 31st, with the option to renew the lease for another year.
• Rent is $1425
• Water/trash/sewage: Approx $45/month
• Electricity/gas/tv/internet: Approx $70/month
• One time fees: Security deposit of $233.33 and application fee of $45 (as required by the apartment complex).

ABOUT THE SPACE:

• This is a large, spacious apartment at 1300 sq feet. Gorgeous kitchen with an open living room and dining area. Large balcony off the living room. One of my roommates has quite the green thumb, as she has been growing herbs and different plants in the planter she built by herself!
• The Bedroom is HUGE. 13' x 14' 6" plus an enormous bathroom and two wall lined closets. You will be able to fit absolutely everything you need-and more in this space!
• Lots of natural light throughout the day
• Hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and living room, and carpet in the bedroom.
• In unit washer dryer!!

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES:

Both roommates are females in their 20's working in education. B enjoys cooking and baking, and perusing the farmer's market on the weekends. A travels a good deal for work, but when she's home, you can likely find her laying out by the pool or heading to SF with friends. They're both sweet and considerate roommates!
