Looking for a roommate for a 6 or 12 month lease in my current apartment at Greendale Apartments as my roommate is moving to the east coast. This complex is convenient to El Camino, Hwy 85, and 101 and amenities include 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, gym, and sauna. The room is available starting July 1, but could be negotiable.

The apartment has one covered parking space, and plenty of street parking in front of our unit.

You will be moving into the Master Bedroom with attached private bathroom and large closet. Room can be furnished or unfurnished (my roommate who will be moving is willing to negotiate sale of bedroom furniture to prospective renter if you are interested).
Dimensions for this room are 10'6" x 15'6".

Some shared space furniture will need replacing as they belong to current roommate; this is open for discussion.

Rent:
1 year: $1700/month + utilities ($150/month) = $1850
6 months: $1750/month + utilities ($150/month) = $1900

Renter's Insurance: ~$15/month

About me: I am 29 year old female from Boston now working in Palo Alto 4 days a week (8-6:30) with weekends and a rotating weekday off (often Fridays). I enjoy an active lifestyle (former runner, not currently running due to injury). During the week I typically workout, cook dinner, enjoy some wine, and watch TV. On weekends I enjoy time with friends, seeking out local concerts, hiking, wine tasting, and traveling.
