The tenent will have a private 1b1b upstairs. While two other male roommates (all Stanford postdocs) will occupy two other small rooms and share 1.5b (1b upstairs, 0.5b downstairs).

There is a large kitchen, dining room and living room downstairs. Very good lighting during the day from the stairs as well as through the backyard and all three bedrooms.

This lease is for 1 year starting August. The price does not include utilities of about $100-150 per month per person. (electricity, water, internet)

We have two cats in the house and they are very cute! The cats owner will take care of everything.
