A master bedroom of 4 bedroom house. It's in a great neighborhood of Redwood City. (mount carmel area) I am currently working at Stanford University but I'm moving out of this place to go back home on June 30th. So I'm looking for a responsible adult to take over this room from July 1st. Currently I have 3 roommates (2 females, 1 male) who are very nice and considerate. I'm hoping to find someone like them.
We have huge backyard and spacious room and common area. Only 7min bike ride to Redwood City Caltrain station and downtown RWC. 20min drive from Stanford Campus. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants are near by. Very nice and safe neighborhood. There is a cute city park that you can go for picnic 3min walking distance.
Rent is $1375 and security deposit is $1375. If you have a pet, we have to ask property management company. I currently have a mid-size dog. Pet deposit is additional $500.
