The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Palo Alto, 10 minute walk to Philz Coffee and 3 miles from Stanford. The Landlords are looking for a 1 year lease with a $1600 deposit. the move in date would be January 1st as I am leaving right before Christmas.
As for utilities, they are typically between $60-$80/month (depending on how much water is used) and internet is about $22/month.
The room that is available is considered the Master room. It is quite large and spacious and has a very cozy atmosphere.
