The room is large and unfurnished, with the exception of a desk (if you want it) that will be left behind. Large closet space. The apartment as a whole has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a common area, a dining room, a balcony, and a bathroom. Washer and dryer just down the back steps. Parking on street with easily obtainable pass from the city.
Super close to downtown Palo Alto (bars, restaurants, movie theaters, pharmacies etc.) 15-20 minutes walking distance to Safeway, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods.
Rent is 1750. Additional monthly charges: 55 for internet, and utilities ranging from 60-100 (higher amounts in the winter for heating).
Inclination toward someone with a longer commitment, preferably at least six months to a year, beginning preferably mid-March, move-in date flexible.
The roommate (me) is a lecturer at Stanford, enjoys outdoor activities, reading & writing, the arts. Clean and quiet.
