I absolutely loved everything about this place- the peace and quiet, the friendly visitors- squirrels, birds and the deer family that occasionally shows up, and the nice neighborhood. The place is close to Solano Ave, Tilden park, the Berkeley Marina and only 15 minutes bike ride to the Berkeley Campus. And the best part is the wonderful landlady who has been extremely patient and accommodating over all these years. If the commute to Stanford wasn't this long, I would not leave this place!
